I am going through a cookie phase. What is a bratseli? Its a swiss cookie that you make with a special iron that is similar to a waffle iron. An actual bratseli iron can set you back about US$300. However you can make a thicker version in a pizzelle iron. This cookie is new to me and its yummy!
